About the activity
Héritage Saint-Bernard is proud to take part in the 15th edition of the Au rythme de nos foulées (ARDNF) race, organized by the Les Riverains running club. The event will take place on Sunday, November 5, 2023, in the heart of the refuge faunique Marguerite-D’Youville, on île Saint-Bernard in Châteauguay. Young and advanced runners will have the opportunity to (re)discover the trails and the richness of the ecosystems by covering distances of 1 km, 5 km or 10 km.
